We are looking for a well-rounded Sales Executive to help us build and scale up our business activities. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
Communicating with current and prospective customers on all major social media platforms.
Building and maintaining good relationships with current and new customers.
Maintaining customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
Providing correct information, guidance and support to customers.
Working seamlessly with a team to achieve desired results.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Selling the company's products and services.
Updating progress on customer interaction on CRM platform on a daily basis.
Attending all sales meetings on a weekly basis.
Provide daily feedback to line manager.
This is a part-time role.
- 1 hour once a week: sales meeting with your manager via video call.
- +/- 3 hours a day from Monday to Friday: generating leads and assisting current customers.

Previous experience in sales a plus but not a requirement.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
Previous experience in customer care a plus but not a requirement.
Knowledge of the financial markets a plus but not a requirement.
Proficiency in English (non-negotiable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in any South African language a plus.
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Matric certificate (minimum req.).
Higher education certificate in any field (acceptable).
Higher education certificate in sales or related field (a plus).
