Established, specialist medical practice based in Muckleneuk, Pretoria area seeks an experienced Receptionist to start asap.
The successful candidate must have past experience in a similar role, and be proficient in managing a switchboard. There is also a smaller general office administration component covering filing, diary management and follow-ups with patients. This post is ideally suited to a senior, multilingual individual that can fit in with the practice environment.
A remuneration package will be offered based on the experience and operational background of the individual. All applicable candidates will be considered, but only shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview.
administration : 2 to 3 years
receptionist : 4 to 5 years
The successful candidate will have managed a similar role previously, with experience in a medical practice a key attribute.
Candidate must be fully computer literate and multilingual.
Previous switchboard management experience is essential.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision is crucial.
Must have great attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Time management and ability to do daily planning are important.
Must be able to converse professionally with suppliers, patients and various stakeholders that form part of the job scope.
Meticulous record keeping and filing is a key requirement.
