Recruiting within the greater Durban area, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full beginning to end recruitment function of recruiting Financial Advisers into the Financial Services Industry.
Create and place adverts
Manage and review advert responses
Set up and conduct first interviews
Conduct second interviews
Career Presentation offers
Regret unsuccessful candidates
Sign contracting packs with successful candidates
Ensure contracts have all required supporting documents
MIE verification checks
Welcome packs for new recruits
Supervision files for new recruits
Registrations for training
Various business system registrations
General functions and admin associated with Recruitment and HR
Updating personal files
General office administration
Note - This is a high level performance-driven and sales role – not an admin based role
Previous recruitment experience essential
Previous experience or knowledge of the Financial Services industry advantageous
