Key Results Areas (Include but are not limited to): - Data Administration - Executing payroll function - On boarding & terminations administration - Uniform coordination and administration - Employee benefits administration (Medical aid & Pension fund) - Third-party administrations and payments - Reports - Tax year end (balancing totals, E-Filing system and IRP5’s) - Preparation for bonuses and salary reviews (annually) - First point of contact for payroll queries - Provide guidance on salary structure - Liaise with VIP and ensure effective service delivery
