We Buy Cars has an exciting opportunity for a young and dynamic Contact Center Agent to be based at our POD in Polokwane.
The Contact Centers are the ideal starting points for a career at We Buy Cars.
The Contact Centre Agents will form part of a younger generation and will be required to work two Saturdays per month, Sundays, as well as Public Holidays (as scheduled per roster).
Duties and Responsibilities: Answer and assist all inbound calls relating to vehicle sales and/or vehicle buying Provide Excellent Customer Service and follow up's to clients
Requirements: At Least Grade 12 Excellent telephone skills Excellent Computer skills Fully Fluent in Afrikaans and English Vehicle knowledge (candidates will be tested) will be a distinct advantage Must have own transport and valid Driver's license
