A reputable property development company is currently in search of a well experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. Candidates must be experienced in the building sector with extensive experience in high-end residential/ high-rise developments. 

Requirements:

·         BSc/ BTech: Construction Management

·         10-15 years’ experience within building construction

·         Extensive experience in high-end residential/ high-rise developments

·         Experienced in working on projects from inception to completion.

·         Highly experienced in the management of the JBCC and NEC forms of contracts

·         Management and leadership experience

·         Stable employment record with contactable references

·         Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS Candy
