A reputable construction firm is currently in search of a Contracts Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. 

Requirements:

·         BSc: Construction Management/ Civil Engineering

·         Professionally registered with SACPCMP

·         12 years’ experience in the development of commercial and high-end residential projects

·         Management of projects from inception to completion

·         Extensive experience in the management of the JBCC and NEC form of contracts

·         Management of budget and time of projects

·         Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS Candy
