An experienced digital administrator and customer service person to assist the client’s USA and Digital Sales Teams locally specifically within the Amazon environment. Daily duties will be to assist the USA Amazon team with listings that generate sales, customer service, delivery tracking, and some Amazon PPC where needed.

What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Manage the Amazon catalogues including feeds and product listings.
Optimise listings per Amazon SEO best practices.
Add to, maintain and improve content and listings.
Contact Amazon support whenever issues arise and consistently following with them to gain resolution.
Manage customer feedback and complaints, following up for repairs / returns and ensuring that our online customers have a good customer experience.
Manage, track and work with our USA dispatchers to ensure that customer packages are delivered safely and timeously.

Degree or equivalent
Understanding of Amazon environment and listings.
Knowledge of Online Search Advertising (Amazon Ads or Google Ads).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take instruction where needed.
Flexible thinker and able to juggle various tasks as needed.
