1. SCOPE OF WORK The Service Provider will: Assign an “Online Learning Academic Skills Coordinator” (“Consultant”) who has the requisite skills as per the “job title” to perform the required Services to ensure: 1. That the Consultant exercises skill, care, and diligence in the fulfilment of his obligations in terms of this Scope of Work. 2. Delivers the Services which are fit for purpose and in a timely manner. 3. the Consultant complies with the Rules, including access control and those relating to confidentiality, privacy, use and access to information technology as stipulated from time to time. 4. The Service Provider acknowledges that the provision of the Consultant, as specified in the Scope of Work, is critical to the Scope of Work. Such Consultant will, to the Service Provider’s reasonable knowledge and belief: 5. Be able to perform their role as required for this Scope of Work, and will remain so for the duration of his involvement in the Services under this Scope of Work; and 6. Be available to render his components of the Services as described in this Scope of Work. 7. If, notwithstanding this obligation, the Consultant is unavailable at any time, the Service Provider may provide a reasonable substitute, provided the Parties agree that such a substitute is suitable for the intended position.
Technical skills: The Service Provider must ensure that the Consultant assigned by it possesses the following skills: 1. Instructional and Learning Design proficiencies 2. Multimedia Content Creation 3. Research & Academic Writing and Reporting 4. Computer, Application & LMS Proficiencies 5. Customer / Student service and relationship management
