Planet Fitness is a National Health and Fitness Group, which currently has a position available for a Recruitment Specialist. Key focus will be Club recruitment, payroll and various projects
Key Results Areas include:
* Liaising with all Head of Departments and club's * To provide effective and efficient support to all required business units for the Clubs in the Group * Be custodian to and support all required business units for assessments, including but not limited to offering feedback, record keeping * Supporting and delivering on various internal / external projects when required. * Managing the day to day HR of your designated clubs * Recruit pro-actively for designated clubs and projects * Assist and submit payroll for your designated clubs * Give training where required * Liaise with Management regarding any concerns * Developing and implementing of any assessment requirements through the business units, ensuring all new policies and procedures relating to this is implemented * Ensuring all required administration is actioned and processed * Updating of all required dash boards * Assisting with all assigned recruitment
Experience & Competencies:
* Minimum qualifications HR Diploma and or 5 years' experience in an internal position. * Proficient in MS Office * Excellent communication * Time management * Own vehicle with valid SA driver's license
