The Stock Controller and warehouse Supervisor’s responsibilities are to oversee and coordinate the daily stock control duties of an e-commerce warehouse. Maintain stock accuracy & ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations (OTIF).
Safety, Sanitation, Security
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
Comply with Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA).
Stock receipting, movement and dispatch.
Conduct regular analysis of stock reports and implement appropriate actions to resolve any variances.
Query and credit resolution.
Stock management to FEFO.
Conduct daily cycle counts.
Monitor & oversee Customer Returns and customer communication where required.
Manage & conduct stock takes.
Order oversight from invoicing to consumer receipt.
Compliance with company Health and Safety and warehouse procedures.
Manage day to day warehouse operations and any other duties requested by management from time to time.

Proven stock management experience.
Effective supervisory skills and techniques.
Trouble shooting ability.
MS Office proficiency, excel (intermediate to advanced) and data handling.
Maintain inventory control, cycle counting, stock taking and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good Communication, fluent in English
Detail & deadline oriented.
Proven Attendance Record.
Experience in SAP business ONE (Advantage)
Diploma in logistics (Advantage)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar roll with 3 years’ experience as a supervisor/manager.
