The Client Support Consultant will be required to effectively sell and market Newsclip products to new and existing clients and thereafter maintain prolonged relationships with them. They will also be rerequired to successfully obtain new business.
Sell and market all Newsclip products to new and existing clients;
Resolve client requests, queries and problems effectively and efficiently;
Create or update client contracts accurately and send quotations when necessary;
Follow up with clients with regards to outstanding contracts;
Follow up with clients with regards to services reaching the end of their contract dates;
Understand and interpret client portfolios to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of setup of Read structures in accordance to client's requests and needs;
Prepare necessary documents for client meetings;
Find and contact potential leads;
Obtainnew business as per predetermined targets;
Ensure courtesy calls are made to clients as predetermined by the Call Function;
Ensure engaging calls are regularly done as per the predetermined Call Function;
Attend and professionally manage clients meetings;
Navigate all systems and products efficiently and effectively in order to perform the role correctly;
Ensure that effective inter-departmental and regional communication takes place;
Follow up on financial queries via the Accounts Department;
Queries resolved in a timeous manner;
Accurate usage of CRM;
CRM and Bitco Call logs;
Targets met with courtesy calls;
Locating missing clips;
Removal of irrelevant clips for clients;
Log queries on Trello;
Researching new clients;
Ensure clip numbers and keywords are accurate;
Sending of invoices to clients, checking invoice accuracy and explaining line items to clients as required;
Maintain Call System records;
Effective trouble shooting execution;
Providing basic coaching and mentoring to new starters;
Effective communication and cooperation within the Sales department;
Provide training to clients on products;
Effective communication within sales department.
Completed Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Public Relations, Marketing, Media or Communications)
1 - 4 Years' experience in a similar role;
Experience with cold calling and new business development;
Strong administration skills;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Ability to plan and organise;
Sense of urgency;
Ability to cope in an ever changing environment;
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
Deliver 100% excellence, 100% of the time;
Ability to strategise;
