Kindly be advised that I am currently for French customer service consultants from France
-Assisting all French speaking users/clients. (Primary Language)
-Assisting with overflow for English speaking customers. (Secondary Language)
-Responding to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (i.e. call, live chat and e-mail).
-Ensuring that all communication (in both French and English) with our users/clients is of the required/expected quality.
-Ensuring that all communication/volume received is dealt with/responded to in the required timeframe/manner.
-Minimum 2 - 3 years customer care experience.
-Must be fluent in French, both written and spoken (Preferably as a 1st Language)
-Must be able to communicate clearly and must have excellent telephonic & written communication ability.
-Intermediate computer literacy/usability (specifically MS Office and internet applications)
-Moderate typing skill/accuracy, in Primary Language (average 30 WPM with 90% accuracy)
-Strong attention to detail and distinct ability to identify/solve problems
-Matric/Grade 12 (or equivalent) qualification
-Must be native form Europe preferably or travelled to France, Belgium, Switzerland etc…
-Must have own (reliable) transport.
-50/50 medical aid on Discovery
