  • Grade 12/ Matric

  • Agriculture Degree/ Diploma

  • 1-3 years Citrus / Fruit or Agricultural food Experience 

  • Compliance (Global Gap Audit, Tesco, Costco, SIZA, F2F) and good knowledge of all aspects regarding the above audit bodies’ requirements

  • Carbon Calculator calculations

  • Maintain and audit high level Health and Safety standards in all aspects of the farming environment

  • Data capturing on excel and Intranet:

    • Training records

    • Trap records,

    • Tensiometer readings

    • Spray Records

  • Taking minutes at manager's production meetings

  • Capturing chemical applications as well Instructions

  • Department of Labour Audit

  • Ordering of ad hoc supplies and items.
