• Debtors and Creditors recon 
• All oversees orders and payments, 
 spot payments and follow-ups
• Input all EFT
• Bank entries and reconciliations

• Control and approve internal orders
• Buying of stationary and all IT equipment and licenses and computers and software
• Oversee all production quotes and orders 
• Oversee Admin, Sales, Cleaning staff and admin staff
• Management packs and bookkeeping to balance sheet
• All IT and computer software control
• All marketing and ordering of client gifts staff uniforms and design and sign off of all artwork

 accreditation, SETA, Skills Development, Employment Equity
• Compiling SHE
• Vehicle fines and license payments

Candidate Requirements


Own car and drivers license
5-10 years experience *
Pastel Accounting exp
