Our company has a vacancy for a Talent resourcer to join an already amazing team of two business managers. Under their guidance and management, you wil be guided in the art of Talent Management.

The Successful Incumbent will be working on a team with two Business managers. Their tasks will include sourcing suitable talent for our clients as well as submitting their target delegates every week. This will be done through a combination of sourcing and delegates provided by the BM's.

We are situated in Pietermaritzburg close to the Midlands mall and have quick access to and from the Highway. 


Good Starting Salary and amazing commission structure + team bonusses on offer.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch.


Required Skills

  • recruitment : 1 to 2 years
  • resourcing management : 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent Reading, Writing and English Languages Usage crucial
  • Sense of Humour is crucial;
  • Ability to work under an immense amount of stress and pressure;
  • Analytical Thinker;
  • Must be able to think on your feet;
  • Previous Recruitment experience highly beneficial;
