KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients with settlement letters and natis copies from various banks, by utilising TFS’s system, and contacting other banks for the customers to assist them requesting original NATIS documents if/and/or where needed. 
  • Assist clients with any current vehicle finance account queries by phoning the applicable bank for the customer, e.g. debit order details change, statement requests, border letters and any other general query. 
  • Conduct a needs analysis (NA) in order to determine a customers needs, thereafter provide Finance and products 
  • Coordinate the preparation of empty deal files for usage, placing in dividers, blue files etc. 
  • Conduct a needs analysis (NA) in order to determine a customer need. 
  • Enhance VAP support through up sales on CCV, Cartrack and Innovative Group.
  • Thoroughly check all the deal files before it leaves for sign off by Management (Sales Manager), including financial management for invoicing. 
  • Action all other reasonable and general requests in order to speed up workflow.
  • Achieve minimum gross profit as per commissioner structure. 
  • Post vehicle delivery, checking deal files correctness and ready for compliance checking.
  • Post 100% compliance, assist in removing dividers, blue files etc.
  • Scanning and save deal files on “DealFilesScanned” folder on computer. 
  • Load and/or capture finance applications on SIGNIO.
  • Follow up on all outstanding documents from customers and sales executive’s timeously.
  • Answer and coordinate all telephone calls in relation to F&I requirements

Required Skills

  • Experience in motor industry : 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years’ experience within the Motor Industry
  • Vetted strong and loyal client base.
  • Relevant experience in high job demand and tight turnaround time periods. 
  • Highly developed administerial skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Matric
  • Competency in Computer Literacy (Office, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Retail Insurance Qualification – Insurance Cluster – NQF lvl 4
  • Registered with the National Credit Regulatory (NCR) – Valid registration
