The position is for a senior deceased estate legal secretary and administrative assistant. The employee will have to administer the entire deceased estate process starting with the interpretation of the Will, interaction with the clients, liaising with the Master of the High Court, drafting of the Liquidation and Distribution Account and ending once the executor of the estate is released from his/her duties. The scope of work will include secretarial duties, general office administration and administration of trusts. The employee will be working alongside attorneys in the fulfilment of his/her duties; however, it is expected that the employee can fulfil his/her duties with little assistance.
