We are a property asset management company, with retail property assets across South Africa under our management. Our Head Office is in Cape Town. We are looking for two individuals to join our Operations team to be based in Pretoria and Nelspruit respectively.
Focus for this position is the technical assessment of various property-related plant and equipment, project management of major maintenance, developments and redevelopments taking place at the retail property assets under our management and compliance across the portfolio.
Your knowledge through tertiary education and/or on the job experience of structures and facilities is essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting technical audits, management of preventative maintenance plans, identifying areas of concern in the portfolio, assessment of requirements to resolve issues identified, consultation with relevant professionals if necessary and proposing workable solutions. You would also be required to vet all potential service providers in terms of the company procurement policy and to oversee work that is done in the portfolio to ensure quality control and optimal service delivery.
