 RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Importing and reconciliation of Bank Statement
  • Receipting of Debtors
  • Payment of Creditors
  • Municipal Reconciliation
  • Billing of Debtors and Debtor Recons
  • Posting Special and Correction Journals
  • Calculation and Recoveries of Monthly Utilities
  • Invoice & Statement Runs
  • Assisting with Annual Audits
  • Create and update Tenants/Owners information
  • Debit Order Runs
  • Reconciling of Suspense and Control Accounts
  • Compiling Monthly Management Reports
  • Reporting to Trustees and EXCO on Full financial function
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Preparation and presentation of Annual Budgets
  • Attending and presentation of Annual Financial Statements at AGM’s
  • Annual Accruals
  • Other tasks required from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

At least 3 Years’ experience as Accountant or as Article Clerk.

Experience in the property industry, will be advantageous. 

Candidate needs to be fluent in Afrikaans & English

Need to reside within 40km from Bellville.
