Employer: New World Personnel

Ensures the timing required for compliance with the budget process
• Coordinates and supervises all departments in the preparation of the budget data
• Ensures the different departments reporting of actual versus Budget / Forecast data
• Ensures the reporting of the Actual / Budget / Forecast at central level
• Ensures monthly and year-end closings activities, performing variance analysis, together with LPP
• Guarantees reporting data reliability, managing elements under its control starting from monthly closures
• Supervises reporting and controlling tools reliability
• Assures a continuous control on plant management, in terms of production data analysis, prompt and systematic elaboration of management performance indicators, in order to move attention up to criticalities and find out solution to variances related to
• Overhead plant related expenses
• Presents to plant manager reports on plant financial status
• Performs economic analysis and simulations to support plant technical, managerial and organizational decisions.
• Support to plant investment budget setup / definition
• Develops “ad hoc” analysis for projects
• Evaluation of extra – budget projects
• Assures an effective and efficient management of assigned personnel defining activities planning.

  • Guarantees the definition of models and production cycles and the optimization of process cost, labor costs and process related production factors (weightings, production wastes, personnel).
  •  Supervises and coordinates the updating of the production related industrial documentation (models, etc.).

Candidate Requirements

B Com/ National Diploma/ Relevant Finance Degree  ( with specific focus on at least third year management accounting)

2 - 3 years working experience

Experience in FMCG.


Advanced experience and knowledge fo transfer pricing calculation

Extensive experience in variance analysis

Strong MS Office skills;   Advanced Excel, SAP, APO SQL

Problem solving skills, decision making,  result orientation skills

Analytical ability
