The Cost Accountant will administer departmental cost reports, oversee the stock systems and execute cost calculations to effect cost control.

  1. Administrate departmental cost
  2. Administrate stock systems and reporting
  3. Analysis of distribution cost
  4. Administration of financial procedures and internal control
  5. Budget management

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric/ GR 12 Certificate
  • B Com (Majoring in Accounting, Auditing, or Management Accounting) OR
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Audit or Management Accounting
  • CIMA qualification

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 5 Years’ experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Conflict handling skills
  • Communication and relationship building skills
  • Pro –active, goal orientated and result driven
  • Individual needs to be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision.
