Required Skills

Candidate Requirements



Knowledge and Experience


  • Matric / NQF 4 / Vocational
  • English as a first language
  • A clear credit and criminal record
  • A minimum of 12 months unbroken International Call Centre Customer Service Experience OR 24 months unbroken Domestic Customer Service experience
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
  • Customer focused
  • An enthusiastic, positive and motivated outlook
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Both customer and quality focused
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone
  • Work towards individual and team targets
  • Cannot be unemployed for longer than 3 months


Monthly basic salary + Shift Allowance


Performance incentive (based on KPI’s)


Baseline Staff benefits:
