Startup and monitor Boiler

Do blow-downs

Monitor HFO usage

Receive HFO and do stock count of HFO

Report on water usage and steam consumption daily

Apply autonomous maintenance

 

Starch:

Ensure that there is sufficient starch for all shifts

Quality check starch and share results with Corrugator team leader and SHEQ Manager

Do autonomous maintenance on starch Kitchen

Report daily starch usage

Order starch through procurement

 

Effluent:

Monitor all factory effluent

Take daily recordings of water usage

Test effluent and give results to SHEQ manager daily

Safely discard of effluent waste

Monitor effluent skips and liaise for replacement in advance
