In1 Solutions a Global company based in Ireland looking to grow a team in Cape Town.
Your role will be to provide outstanding customer and technical support to our global customers via phone, chat, and email. The successful candidate will have interest in, and knowledge of, Hospitality booking engines, channel and Property management Systems. She/he will be able to use all necessary Customer Service tools appropriately, including but not limited to computer and Internet access.
Candidate will need to use a Customer Ticketing System and Time and Reporting software provided by In1 solutions.
This vital and fast-paced position requires an action-oriented, technically competent, and flexible problem-solve with excellent communication skills. Training on the In1 technology and working infrastructure provided with candidate working from home.
