About TSM Consulting

Welcome to TSM Consulting

In 2002, TSM Consulting opened an office in Durbanville and in 2006 we opened offices in Paarl. However, we moved back to our Durbanville “roots” during 2014.   We provide consultancy services both nationally and internationally to the agricultural, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality and financial service industries.

“Just don’t give up trying to do what you really want to do. Where there is inspiration and passion, I don’t think you can go wrong”. -Ella Fitzgerald

The passion and the inspiration we received –and still receive– from our clients.

We work and live accordingly to very specific values:

  • The fundamental value of integrity – being honest and open in everything we do
  • Always striving to add value through our OD initiatives – we do not sell; we listen to what the needs of our clients are and together we develop those initiatives that can make a difference
  • Delivering excellent service – we will always walk the extra mile
  • Building capacity – we don’t want to become a fixture in your company; we want to build capacity internally and therefore support you in growing your business
  • We are not in the business of selling. We are, however, in the business to create, implement and deliver value according to what you know your business needs to be in order for you to grow and develop further.

“It is one thing to tell people that you care and they matter. But it is 1000 times more important to show that you care, and they really do matter”

All our TSM workshops are designed in such a manner that the fundamental principles of behavioral change are not only embedded but also practiced through experiential learning exercises.

At TSM we understand and appreciate the difficulty and sometimes the frustration that business experiences when dealing with labor relations issues.
