TWK Agri has the following vacancy available:  Manager (Commercial Fleet) at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties



  • Overall management of the TWK and SAWCO commercial fleet

  • Management of the TWK Transport Depot

  • Manage fleet efficiencies, expenses and budget of department

  • Manage damage and theft

  • Managing procurement of all fleet-related requirements

  • Management of Driver and Operator compliance and safety

  • Continuously ensure the safety of the fleet on and off the road

  • Responsible for the recruitment of quality drivers for the fleet

  • Employee monitoring and training

  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reports on fleet

  • Coordination of all transportation configurations

  • Maintaining operational schedules

  • Coordinate replacement of existing fleet

  • Utilizing GPS/tracking systems



Qualifications and Skills



  • Matric / Grade 12

  • Relevant degree/diploma

  • At least 5 years’ experience in transport management

  • Knowledge of the forestry industry (advantageous)

  • Strong planning, leadership and organizing skills

  • Be able to multitask

  • Innovative individual
