Zambia- Zambia: Our client requires an individual with energy and the necessary requirements to join their international operation in Zambia

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



  • Diploma or similar relevant tertiary qualifications in Logistics, transport management/agriculture

    • Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of Word and Excel

    • Interpersonal skills with emphasis on employee relations

    • Excellent customer service




Key responsibilities



  • Manage all aspects of the inbound sugarcane haulage process

  • Maximize vehicle utilization

  • Manage and control the budgeting process and costs as per the relevant company procedures

  • Manage vehicle operations, vehicle maintenance and meet set production requirements

  • Monitor and manage workplace discipline and employee relations

  • Implement manage and monitor group SHEQ strategy

  • Effectively manage client relations

  • Submit monthly reports to Head Office as required
