Main purpose of Job:

To provide telephonic and remote access support, installation, training on all products as well as be able to process payrolls and SARS submissions accurately and within the deadline, as needed and to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Products include Payroll and HR software and outsourcing services.

Training on our software products is intensively done over a period of three months and requires staff to study legislation and other payroll related topics after work hours.

Candidate Requirements


Key Competencies/ Skills:

  • Highly computer literate - in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Operating systems (install/problem solve software unsupervised), some payroll software or accounting software knowledge advantageous but not essential
  • Meet the goals and targets set for the department each month.
  • Able to learn quickly - software programs,software changes and charges to legislation that affect the software and procedures used on an ongoing basis.
  • Already know - or able to learn the full payroll processing and administration processes and procedures within a reasonable timeframe and demonstrate payroll knowledge with practical examples.
  • 100% accuracy in data capturing and setting up software and reports.
  • Analytical and logical and able to resolve problems timeously.
  • Able to work without supervision and as part of a close team.
  • Able to meet strenuous deadlines and work under pressure if needed.
  • Communicate clearly (verbal/written) in English. Afrikaans is not essential but advantageous.
  • 100% accurate in recording client interaction in CRM database and job cards.
  • Well presented - portraying a conservative business corporate image.
  • Able to interact calmly, patiently and enthusiastically with people at any level.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and a clear, friendly voice.
  • Able to manage own time and set daily goals under supervision

Career Path

Trainee to qualified consultant within six months and possibility of moving into supervisory and senior supervisory functions.

Required Qualifications/Experience

Grade 12 - preferably with accounting and mathematics

Some college/part degree in accounting related field - or BCom


Prerequisites: You must meet these criteria or your application will be rejected:
