Introduction

We are looking for a National Rental Administrator (Creditors clerk) with a background in property in the Randburg area.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Financial Management Certificate (or equivalent)
  • 20 years Work Experience
  • MS. Office
  • Experience with OT3 or NAV will be beneficial but not necessary 
  • Creditors Experience
  • Property Background

Duties & Responsibilities

Job overview:

Ensuring all Landlords payment done accurately and timeously. Ensuring that the system is updated daily. Creating a good relationship the landlord and the company to ensure long working relationship.

 

  • Update System
  • Run vouchers from the system
  • Request Invoices - Contact landlord for invoices, ensure that invoices are correct to the systems
  • Capture invoices
  • Capture payments
    • Capture payments to the bank
    • Ensure fund available for payment
    • Notify Manager & Cash book clerk
  • Resolve queries
  • Capture Accruals

 

Package & Remuneration

R25 000 - R30 000 CTC (Incl. Pension fund)
