Requirements:

Relevant Human Resource qualification, Degree in Industrial Psychology/Diploma in Human Resources

5+ years experience

Drivers License, own transport and valid SA ID

Fluent in English

Competencies:

Familiar with Disciplinary Hearing process

Understand & familiar with the relevant Acts: Basics conditions of emploment, Labour Relations, Skills Development, general legislative requirements in order to deliver on the policies and processes, BBBEE and Employment Equity

Familiar with internal training

Computer literate in Pastel Payroll, Ms Word, Power Point and Excel

Confidentiality

Good leadership, motivational and team building skills

Effective communication with Directors, Line Managers and internal/external clients

Attention to detail

Presentation and Reporting skills

Problem solving and negotiation skills

Promote good working relations

Ability to work under pressure
