Employer: Keith Ho Betxchange

We are looking for a young and vibrant head of office administrator that would be responsible for managing office operations, therefore, ensuring that the office is running smoothly, handling correspondence, being hands-on with cash in-flows and cash out-flows as well as cash floats, assisting with HR duties, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed, reporting on discrepancies as well as providing support to upper management.

 

Admin:

  • To open and close the shop as scheduled
  • Assisting with cashing up clerks, daily cash ups, distributing floats and handovers
  • Obtain authorisation for relevant requisitions
  • Report FICA transactions on GO-AML website
  • Identify and address account discrepancies
  • Processing and verifying a high volume of information
  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents on One Drive
  • Handle and process queries
  • Housekeeping of office area
  • General assistance to office management and ad hoc administrative duties as required

 

HR:

  • Conduct weekly HR sessions as well as one-on-one sessions with staff
  • Keeping of employee files up to date, including annual leave, sick leave and off days
  • Follow up on expiry identity documents, i.e. Asylums and work permits
  • Attend to grievances and find creative solutions as well as assisting with disciplinaries i.e. Warnings
  • Participate in payroll processes
  • Monitor and report inconsistencies on the employee biometric report
  • Assisting with branch recruitments (Interviewing and screening)
  • Ensure HR and admin deadlines are met

 


Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Basic bookkeeping

Matric

HR understanding 

Fluent in English

2 - 3 Years office/admin and HR experience

 

Skills:

Computer literacy

Strong excel and word experience

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills
