We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to manage the Contact Centre operations as the HR Manager. The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the Contact Centre Operation, reporting to the Operations Director. The role is critical in executing Organisational development and Change Management in an agile environment. The successful candidate will be an adaptable self-starter that responsible to integrate and manage the implementation and align a 150+ strong headcount to business and add value and excellence to this department.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.

  • 3/4 year degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Psychology (i.e. B.Comm Industrial Psychology)
  • Relevant post-graduate degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Psychology will be advantageous
  • 5 years’ proven experience in two or more specialist areas within HR (i.e. recruitment and selection, assessments, on boarding, people development, performance management, talent management etc.)
  • People management experience
  • Experiencing working within a business unit / client’s function which would aid in supporting the client
  • Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license required
  • Clear credit record
  • Clear criminal record.

 

The Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Coordination and implementation of multiple change initiatives/tasks/processes/project deliverables etc.
  • Optimisation, implementation and maintenance of formal policies/procedures/flows/documentation and processes, preferably within an HR environment

 

Knowledge and understanding of:
