Man help desk at site office to take down complaints from customers who have recently taken occupation of their new houses.
Evaluate validity of new complaints (“snags”) and communicate snag lists with head office.
Fix- or adjust minor technical problems which to not warrant specific further aftercare by the building contractor.
Be able to perform minor technical tasks including painting filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs
Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary
Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs
Respond to clients’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide clients with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment
Assist the site office manager with ad hoc tasks such as numbering- and programming of prepaid water meters, general housekeeping of site office, taking- and sending of progress photos etc.
