PURPOSE OF ROLE

The purpose of a Supervisor Branch is to along with the Branch Manager run the branch effectively and assist the Branch Manager to deliver on key deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations:

  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
  • Assist Branch Manager to oversee the security at the branch and come up with innovative cost effective ideals to decrease theft at the branch
  • Ensure that the premises are clean Bond and assessment yard is packed neatly
  • Ensure that all forklift checklists and Controller Yard sheets are completed at the beginning of each shift
  • Assisting Assessors on site in a timeous & courteous manner
  • Manage that all vehicles locked and windows are closed/wrapped in plastic where necessary and that all loose parts are secured neatly inside the vehicle, before moving to bay allocation
  • Manage the maintenance and fuel usage on all Branch Forklift’s, when the Branch manager is not on site
  • Manage and daily monitoring and upkeep of the full process on 360 Standard Operating Procedure
  • Assist to manage the process of the backup Generator on site/maintenance, fuel and batterY
  • Effectively manage Head Office, other Branches or Customer queries

 

Administration:

  • Manage the vehicle stock in process as per standards operating procedure
  • Manage and assist any queries from Insurance Companies and Head Office

Required Skills

  • computer skills : 3 to 4 years
  • communication skills : 3 to 4 years
  • operational skills : 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • Previous experience within an operational position +- 3 years
  • Process driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Driver’s License
  • Own transport
