My client, a leading company in third party food safety certification audits in the South African Food and Agricultural Sector, is seeking to employ an Administrator with at least two years’ office experience to join their team


  • Processing and verifying of high volumes of information

  • Checking and uploading templates

  • Reporting with Excel spreadsheets and graphs

  • Electronic filing

  • Ensuring integrity of database


  • Applicants must be available immediately

  • Must have at least two years’ office experience

  • Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)

  • Computer literate (Excel Advanced))

  • The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment

  • Able to handle high volumes of data input with accuracy

  • Meticulous, methodical, flexible, good numerical skills and attentive to detail

  • A sharp mind and enthusiastic attitude

  • Dependable and reliable

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Timely and efficient turnaround times to meet stringent KPI’s

  • Ability to handle and process inquiries
