NEW WORLD PERSONNEL requires an ON-SITE SUPERVISOR for a leading Tyre company in the PINETOWN area.




·       Grade 12 (Matric). 

·       Valid driver’s licence. 

·       IMM Diploma would be an advantage.

·       Relevant supervisory / management experience and sound understanding of management principles. 

·       A minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry, specifically in Commercial and OTR tyres. 

·       A minimum of 2 years technical experience. 

·       Sound working knowledge of all Computer and Admin systems, particularly MS-Office and the GRIPS system.



Responsible for the management of the sales and financial performance of the on-site.

Responsible for the management and development of all employees and maintaining constructive working relationships with all employees in the branch.

Responsible for the development and monitoring of performance against the annual sales and expenditure budgets.

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and extending the company’s market share.

Responsible for developing and maintaining sound working relationships with all existing customers.


Salary offered: Market & Experience related.
