A leading legal practice is currently hiring a Litigation for the office based in Central Cape Town.

 

Duties: 

  • Reporting to Senior Management and Directors to fulfil all Litigation Secretarial duties
  • Formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents
  • Keeping track of time records and billing
  • Filing legal documents 
  • Transcribing dictations
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Doing Collections
  • Court proceedings including prepation and drafting
  • Working in MS Excel and Ghost Practice
  • Professionally and courteously dealing with various internal parties 

Required Skills

  • litigation : 5 to 6 years

Candidate Requirements

  • Litigation Secretarial experience of at least 5 to 7 years essential
  • Paralegal or related qualification
  • Matric 
  • Ghost Practice and MS Excel proficiency essential
  • Clear credit record
  • Clear criminal record
