Vacancy Details


·         Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, posting and recording accounts payables’ data (e.g. purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes).

·         Ensure invoice authorisation is in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

·         Timely payment of invoices and in accordance with the Payment policy.

·         Circulation of Remittance advices to Creditors.

·         Maintaining Creditor files and supporting documentation.

·         Prepare monthly reconciliations between Creditor Accounts and Statements.

·         Review age analysis.

·         Resolving daily Creditor enquiries in a timely manner.

·         Ad hoc tasks.


Candidate Requirements

·         2 – 3 years experience

·         SAP advantageous

·         Good client relations

·         Well presented

 

·         Good communication skills
