UDM International is looking for energetic and self-motivated sales consultants who are money-hungry. We work with pre-contacted and pre-qualified leads. No cold calling, no desk fees and no clawbacks. All sales are done telephonically. We will give you extensive inhouse training on everything you need to know to do this job effectively. Candidate minimum requirements:
No criminal record
Matric
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

 

 

Job benefits:

Dedicated sales support staff (Trainer, sales coach, quality assurer)

Basic salary +  Uncapped Commission + Performance based bonusses

Up to R70 reimbursement on Gautrain costs per day

New sales leads are provided on a weekly basis

Discovery medical aid contribution after probation period

Death and Disability + Funeral cover after probation period

 

Working hours:

Working hours during probation; Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:00 and Friday 08:30 – 15:30

 

Working hours after probation; Monday - Thursday 07:30 – 15:30 and Friday 07:30 – 14:30

 

Salary:

During training, you get paid weekly for 12 weeks. Week 1 is classroom training, you get paid R1000 for this. From week 2-4 you get R1000 a week as a basic salary, and from week 2 onwards you start earning commission as well.

Average weekly income during training is between R2500 and R5000.

Monthly salaries after probation averages between R35 000 and R42 000.
