Employer: MPC Recruitment (PE/EL)

  • Handling of sales calls
  • Assist customers telephonically with all queries
  • Managing PE sales emails
  • Making selection of geared motors and drives
  • Process accurate and professional quotations
  • Follow up on quotes issued
  • Process customer purchase orders accurately
  • Filing of enquiries on Doxis
  • Provide feedback to customers regarding orders
  • Follow up with other branches regarding orders
  • Assist repair department with quotations
  • Assist sales representatives to achieve their targets by giving them proper feedback and support

Required Skills

  • technical sales : 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in internal sales or similar position  
  • South African citizen, proficiency in English & Afrikaans
  • A matric minimum qualification and a technical qualification in electrical
  • and/or mechanical engineering
  • Computer literacy in MS office is essential
  • SAP-CRM Knowledge essential
