Beautifully located lodge is looking for a dynamic, creative Chef de Partie to join their team.

Duties include but not limited:

  • Good all round working skills in each section within the kitchen
  • Solid stock control skills
  • Manage prep & cooking
  • Assist head chef or senior chef with any other duties
  • A la carte experience

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Culinary diploma
  • Speak / Write English and Afrikaans
  • Computer literate
  • Previous 5* experience

  • Honest and reliable
  • Willing to go the extra mile for guests
