To perform the full sales and customer service function within the business, with guidance from the Marketing manager, MD and other experienced members of the team.
- Lead generation / working existing leads
- Meeting sales targets for new business, repeat business and referral business
- Handle all inbound sales inquiries whether it be through the website, email, telephone, blogs and social media
- Follow ups whether it be on exams to bring in repeat business or whether it be on inquiries to make sales
- Attending and organisation of expos, events or activations to grow customer relations and conduct market research
- Coupon generation for referral business
- To meet monthly sales targets of current products
- Sales strategy
- Any media interviews
- Weekly sales report
- Create good working relationship with all current and new tutor centres
- Monthly competitive research report
- Monthly report on potential new ideas or improving current methods eg. online learning
