Duties include following:
The candidate must:
- Be able to work evening shifts
- Have knowledge of stock control and costings
- Speak fluent English
- Be able to work with budgets
- Understood food safety and hygiene
- Be computer literate
- Have some POS experience
- Ensure highest standards are maintained
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong planning and organisational skills to run a streamlined operation
- The ability to work independently and confidently to make your own decisions.
- At least 2 years in a fine dining environment
- Culinary school diploma will be advantageous
