Our Client, based in the Epping Area, is looking for an Internal Sales Rep to join their team.
- Receiving and accurately processing customer orders within 2 hours
- Checking customer orders for possible omissions or errors
- Sending customers weekly back order reports
- Daily follow-up and liaison with customers regarding their orders and deliveries
- Attendance and active participation in daily morning meeting
- Building customer relationships to secure sales
- Maintaining proper records of outstanding customer orders and outstanding quotations
- Processing request for customer returns and credits within 24 house of receipt
- Advising the inventory controller of unusually large orders as soon as they are received.
- Ensuring customers have relevant up-to-date information about all HBS products (including stock availability), lead times, pricing, technical communications and management bulletins.
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of HBS products
- Assist with monthly stock takes.
