Purpose of Position:

We are seeking for property brokers to join our Johannesburg and Cape Town teams.  Through our highly supportive and encouraging environment we will provide you with all the training and coaching you will need to become a world class broker.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • You will be heavily involved with sourcing clients and prospecting for new business and following up on leads and opportunities from existing clients.
  • Recognise and solicit business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate the deals terms and conditions.
  • Assist clients in leasing or buying properties.
