MAJOR PURPOSE :
Manages Supply Management service functions for a division in assigned country. Manages a staff of
professionals to support product program implementation. Introduces and supports common processes,
tools and technology.
MAJOR DUTIES :
Description of the major duties performed in this job.
Leads the development and maintenance of the division parts data management system and SAP.
Manages a team responsible for activities in SAP and cprojects workflow, including work on the
revision level table, local part project plans, manufacturing bills of material, local only materials, and
troubleshooting errors.
Supports product delivery process and order fulfillment process buyers and warehouse for verification
of spending against the budget. Applies for authority for expenditures approval; facilitates supplier and
factory asset audit for assigned division within a country
Provides expertise on SAP parameter maintenance at the plant level to optimize inventory and meet
production needs. Processes and approves parameter changes in SAP, leads and drives those with
impact on the supply chain to keep SAP system maintained with reliable information.
Provides direction and training to JD contract management system users on access and maintenance
of hard copies of contracts. Processes and maintains electronic and hard copies of contracts per
enterprise policies.
Owns automated shipping notice, electronic data interchange and other order fulfillment process
tools. Provides training to new users; resolves material receiving issues. Collaborates with country
division leadership on planning, aligned with the enterprise common practices tools and technology
team (CPTT). Implements and supports CPTT in the country.
Oversees achieving excellence (AE) for the division within assigned country. Manages and provides
data as needed to supply base managers and the quality team. Ensures AE processes are current;
provides user training.
Performs administrative duties related to performance management, salary pay plan, succession
planning, resource planning, training, and development of direct reports.
Serves as subject matter expert and identifies opportunities for process improvement for parts data
management and cproject.

Formal education or training required to perform the essential functions of the job. Includes degrees,
certifications, licenses and/or registration requirements.
Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years
or equivalent)
Degree in a Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or
equivalent)
Miscellaneous degree or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Relevant Work Experiences :
Type and amount of experience necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. May include specific
roles and/or an understanding of a particular function, organization, industry or product line.
Engineering experience. - 1 - 3 years
Manufacturing and/or operations experience. - 1 - 3 years
Experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as: supplier integration, strategic supply
management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics,
etc. May be position specific. - 4 - 7 years

Candidate Requirements
