At least 5+ years proven experience in designing Outsourcing Solutions for multi-national companies Proven track record of at least 4years Business Development, Sales or Marketing Experience in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing or Professional Services An understanding of business process mapping, re-engineering and optimisation Good communication skills – verbal and written Proven track record in BPM/BPO Client Services Above average proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Visio

Maintain knowledge of industry trends in the domain - Research competition and updates on global market trends Conjecture business challenges which are specific to target client and leverage our analytical experience. Propose delivery alternatives which address risk and investment appetite, stand out against industry competition and increase chance of our Organization’s success in bid process. Lead the end-to-end RFX process for specific deals allocated to the South African delivery location, supporting several business units
