Duties:



  • Generating leads & Source New Business

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Maintaining client records

  • Maintaining of existing client base

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

  • Market Research

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

  • Understanding and promoting company programs

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to promote products and services.

  • Preparing and submitting sales agreement contracts

  • Signing all contracts with New Clients

  • Follow up on Signed Agreements, Plan submission to Municipality, Work in Progress, Invoicing, Certificate of Compliance (CoC)


Requirements:


The successful candidate will be target driven with excellent attention to detail skills. A minimum of 2 years external sales experience is required.  You are invited to apply for this position if you are a self starter with a proven track record. Salary on Offer: Basic + Fuel Allowance + Commission
