National Retail/FMCG Company is looking for an efficient GRV Clerk/Administrator, whom will be responsible for the GRV Unit to process/monitor and report on stock movement within the branch.


  • Ensure that the Stock and receiving systems are maintained
  • Act as liaison between departments with records and documentation
  • Manage all incoming or outgoing stock from supplier
  • Create detailed reports for management on stock movements and status
  • Obtaining and matching order notes
  • Communicating with suppliers to obtaining invoices/claims/POD’s when required
  • Phoning various departments/suppliers to ensure receipt of all required documentation.
  • Assist in the receiving function and/or other accounting work with ad-hoc duties when/if required
  • Ensure the accurate and timely update of price changes in accordance to set policies and procedures
  • Adequate and effective record keeping
  • General related administration tasks


Required Skills

  • ms office : 2 to 3 years
  • grv management : 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of Matric Qualification
  • Tertiary qualifications would be an advantage
  • Computer Literate (MS Office)
  • Driver’s License
  • Min 2 years’ experience in a relevant position
